As women, we often juggle multiple responsibilities, and finding balance in our lives can be challenging. We may feel pulled in many directions, trying to meet the needs of our families, careers, and communities, while also trying to take care of ourselves. It's easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and lose sight of what's truly important. Living mindfully means being present in the moment, fully engaged with whatever we're doing, and not dwelling on past regrets or worrying about the future. 

I’m on a mission to create a world that cultivates mindfulness with ease. I am taking time off from my 9-5 to spend time with my family, write my book, blog, and podcast. I’m determined to start a movement that brings everyone back to the present moment. Together we’ll go on a journey of self discovery and heal the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that affects every aspect of our lives, as well as our relationships. 

My mission is to cause a RADICAL change in people’s lives by teaching the world about small bite size changes that we can make here and now. Changes that will add up and improve so many aspects of our lives, and the lives of everyone around us. My mission is to cause a ripple effect of Mindfulness one podcast and blog article at a time.

This movement is for women who want to live more mindfully, find balance in their lives, and cultivate inner peace. Whether you're a busy mom, a working professional, or a retiree, you'll find practical strategies and techniques to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine. 

By practicing mindful living, we will be better equipped to manage stress, reduce anxiety and depression, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being. You'll also develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-compassion, which can help you cultivate stronger relationships with others and a more fulfilling life.

The journey to mindfulness isn't a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. It's a guide that will help you develop your own mindful living practice, one that fits your unique needs and circumstances. You'll learn to approach each moment with curiosity and openness, to cultivate gratitude for the present moment, and to find peace amidst the chaos of everyday life.
